CelltiGraft™️. Autologous Bilayered Tissue Engineered Human Skin (TEHS) is constructed from a patient's own skin cells through a small biopsy in our cGMP lab. CelltiGraft™️ is a modification of our flagship product, MyDerm®; it mimics the native skin of the patient.  It can be used as an alternative to the conventional Split-Thickness Skin Grafting (SSG) method. CelltiGraft™️ consists of 1 to 2 million keratinocytes and 1 to 2 million fibroblasts embedded in a fibrin matrix developed with human plasma. It is indicated for full-thickness skin loss due to burns, trauma, or diabetic foot ulcers.
