ALGraft is an Allogenic Bilayered Tissue Engineered Human Skin construct. The epidermal layer consists of 1 to 2 million keratinocytes embedded in a fibrin matrix developed with human plasma while the dermal layer consists of 1 to 2 million fibroblasts embedded in a fibrin matrix developed with human plasma.
