This service offers exclusive access to selected areas within Cell Tissue Group Headquarters for 4 hours, suitable for corporate, private, and small-scale curated events.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Exclusive use of designated areas (4 hours): Function room, meeting room, discussion room, gallery, and showroom
• Tables and chairs (flexible arrangement)
• Presentation setup: projector, laptop, whiteboard, and sound system
• Fully air-conditioned environment
• WiFi access
• Access to washroom and surau facilities
• Dedicated food corner area with basic setup to support external catering
• Complimentary parking for guests
• Lift access and trolley support for event setup

BASIC SUPPORT

• On-site staff available for basic assistance
• Basic coordination support during the session
• Optional emcee support (advance request required)
• Optional staff attire alignment upon request

ADDED VALUE

• Guided lab tour (photography permitted)
• Access to product showcase and company highlights (if required)
• Availability of reference materials and publications
• Permission to display client’s buntings, banners, and promotional materials

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Duration: 4 hours per session
• Additional time: RM500 per hour
• Booking is subject to availability
• Full payment required in advance to confirm booking
• Security deposit: RM1,000 (refundable after event, subject to inspection)
• Deposit must be paid prior to event
• Client is responsible for any damages to the premises or equipment
• All activities must comply with venue guidelines
