MyDerm® is an Autologous Bilayered Tissue Engineered Human Skin construct. The epidermal layer consists of 5 to 20 million keratinocytes embedded in a fibrin matrix developed with human plasma, while the dermal layer consists of 5 to 20 million fibroblasts embedded in a fibrin matrix developed with human plasma.
