FibroDerm is an Autologous Single-Layered Tissue Engineered Human Skin construct composed of 5 to 20 million fibroblast cells embedded in a fibrin matrix developed with human plasma. It not only heals wounds but also has the potential to save lives, acting as an organ transplant rather than a mere dressing.
